1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Supahandi (the "Service"), including our business management platform and free invoice and estimate generator tools, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supahandi is business management software for home service businesses, contractors, and freelancers. The Service may include, at our discretion and as then currently offered:

Free invoice and estimate generator tools that do not require an account
An account-based platform to track customers, jobs, expenses, payments, estimates, and invoices
Dashboards and reporting related to revenue, expenses, and profit
Receipt capture and related document storage
Sending estimates, invoices, and related messages to customers
Online payments and other features we enable from time to time

Descriptions of features on our website, pricing page, or in marketing materials describe the Service as offered at the time you view them. They are not a commitment to keep any particular feature, limit, or price available indefinitely. We may add, change, limit, or remove features, and we may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, as described in Section 4.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You will not use the Service to create fraudulent or illegal invoices or documents
You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
You will not use the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious code
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter
You will not share your login credentials. Team members must use their own invited accounts.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service

4. Account Registration and Subscription

4.1 Plans and current limits

We may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans. What is included in each plan — including send limits, features, and any usage caps — is described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe or use the Service, and may change as described below. The free plan currently allows you to send your first estimate or invoice (which a customer may pay online) and to keep unlimited drafts, customers, and jobs, without a credit card. Paid plans currently unlock additional sends and features as listed on the pricing page. When you create an account, you provide company and contact information that becomes part of your account data.

4.2 Paid subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently monthly) until you cancel. By starting a paid subscription you authorize us and our payment processor (currently Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the then-current paid period unless we state otherwise. Except where required by law, or where we expressly offer a refund on our pricing page or in a written promotion at the time of purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time after you cancel.

4.3 Changes to features, plans, and pricing

We may change the Service, including adding, limiting, replacing, or removing features; changing plan names, limits, or what is included in free or paid plans; introducing new plans or retiring old ones; and changing prices, billing intervals, or taxes.

For material changes that affect an existing paid subscription (including a price increase or a material reduction in paid features), we will give notice before the change applies to that subscription, by email and/or in the Service. Unless the notice says otherwise, a price change takes effect on the next renewal after the notice, not in the middle of a period you have already paid for. If you do not agree to the change, you must cancel before the new terms or price take effect. Continued use or payment after the effective date is acceptance of the change.

We may change the free plan, marketing tools, and unpaid features at any time, including tightening limits or discontinuing a free offering, with notice posted on the pricing page or in the Service. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available, free, or included in a given plan.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service while you have a paid period in effect, we will provide notice and, unless required otherwise by law, either continue access through the end of that paid period or refund the unused portion of prepaid fees for that period.

4.4 Promotions

Introductory or promotional pricing (for example a discounted first period) applies only for the stated term and then converts to the then-current standard price unless we state otherwise. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn for new purchases at any time.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

5.1 Public invoice and estimate generators

You can use our free invoice and estimate generators without creating an account. When you download an estimate or invoice, we collect the business contact information on the form — such as company name, email address, phone number, address, and website. If that information is not already on the form, we will ask you for it before the download is available.

By providing that information and downloading a document, you agree that we may email you about Supahandi, including product news, how-to tips for estimates, invoices, and job profit, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting support@supahandi.com. Unsubscribing does not affect a document you have already downloaded. We may also use this information to operate and improve the Service. You may request deletion of this information by contacting support. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5.2 Authenticated Accounts

When you create a Supahandi account, you voluntarily provide your company information, which is stored securely on our servers. This includes: customers, projects, invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content, data, and information you enter into the Service, including:

Customer information and contact details
Project details and estimates
Invoice information and line items
Expense records and receipts
Payment records

You represent that you have the right to enter this information and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supahandi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Supahandi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Changes to features, plans, and pricing are also governed by Section 4.3.
