Supahandi is a comprehensive business management platform designed for home service businesses, contractors, and freelancers. Our Service includes:

Supahandi offers a free plan with usage limits on customers, projects, expenses, payments, invoices, and storage. Current plan limits are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. When you create an account, you voluntarily provide your company information, which becomes part of your account data.

4.2 Paid Subscription

Paid subscriptions unlock unlimited usage and additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

5.1 Public Invoice Generator

When using the free invoice generator without an account, company information you enter may be stored on our servers as lead information. This data may be used to send you marketing emails about Supahandi products and services and to improve our services. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting support. You can also request deletion of this data by contacting support.

5.2 Authenticated Accounts

When you create a Supahandi account, you voluntarily provide your company information, which is stored securely on our servers. This includes: customers, projects, invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content, data, and information you enter into the Service, including:

Customer information and contact details
Project details and estimates
Invoice information and line items
Expense records and receipts
Payment records

You represent that you have the right to enter this information and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
