Supahandi ("Supahandi," "we," "us," or "our") provides business management software for handymen, contractors, and small service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use:
Together, these are the "Service." By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you create or use a Supahandi account, we collect information you provide, which may include:
To provide the Service, we store the business data you enter or upload, which may include:
You control this content. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store customer information you enter into Supahandi.
We use Clerk to authenticate users. Depending on how you sign in, this may include email address, password (handled by Clerk; passwords are not stored by Supahandi in plain text), authentication tokens, session data, and information from third-party sign-in providers you choose (such as Google).
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing-related information (such as subscription status and payment outcomes). We do not store full payment card numbers on Supahandi servers.
If you enable online invoice payments for your customers (for example via Stripe Connect), Stripe processes those payments. We may store related status and transaction metadata needed to show payment state in your account.
When you use our free generators, some company information you enter (such as company name, address, phone, email, or website) may be stored as lead information so we can operate the tool, improve the Service, and contact you about Supahandi. You can opt out of marketing emails and request deletion as described below.
When you use the website, web app, or mobile Apps, we may automatically collect:
If we enable push notifications in the future, we may collect a device push token to deliver those notifications. You can control notification permissions in your device settings.
The mobile Apps may request access to your camera and photo library so you can attach receipt images to expenses. Photos are uploaded to our storage only when you choose to capture or select them for that purpose. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background.
We use information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as follows:
These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to protect it under appropriate agreements and their own privacy practices.
We share information when you ask us to — for example when you send an invoice or estimate to a customer, or enable online payment links.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Supahandi, our users, or others.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to ongoing confidentiality commitments.
We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account cancellation or a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Lead data from free tools is retained until you request deletion or it becomes part of an account you create.
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls, and secure authentication via Clerk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@supahandi.com or support@supahandi.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. We do not sell personal information.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and improving the Service. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit functionality.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
The Service may link to third-party sites or open third-party flows (for example Stripe checkout or sign-in with Google). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
