Step 1: Access Project Creation

  2. Project Creation Dialog Opens - Modal dialog appears with project form, form includes all required and optional fields, and real-time validation provides immediate feedback

Step 2: Fill Project Details

Required Fields:

  • Project Name: Enter descriptive project name

    • Must be at least 1 character
    • Should clearly identify the project
    • Example: "Kitchen Renovation - Smith Residence"
  • Customer: Select from existing customers

    • Dropdown shows all available customers
    • Customer must exist before project creation
